Made this for my step mom’s birthday who LOVES a good vanilla sponge.. she hates any kind of frosting or icing.. my dad on the other hand loves buttercream.. so i ended up doing yet another ‘naked’ cake to keep them both happy. Fluffy vanilla sponge with grape buttercream (Odd flavour yes.. we like odd in this family haha!)
