2-layer 12-inch round fudge brownie cake w/ vanilla ice cream in the center. Cream cheese icing on the outside and cream filled chocolate cookies crumbled on top. This was the grooms fav, and the first ice cream cake I have donein many years.. of course we know, the must remain frozen until about 30 minutes before wedding, so the middle will not melt.
*I banked BC icing in the middle before putting about 1- 1 1/2 inches of ice cream in the center.
