I know there have been so many “Frozen” cakes, but when my daughter asked me for one for her birthday I just couldn’t resist bringing Olaf to the party. He was made of blue vanilla butter cake, filled and coated with white chocolate ganache. He has been covered in my signiture modeling chocolate that I then airbrushed. His “grass” skirt is wafer paper. He stood approximately 19" tall and was the life of the party, lol.
