This is a ruffled Wedding cake we did for a family friend, with matching ruffled cupcakes. All icing is Buttercream, and the flowers are gumpaste. The cake itself is lemon – We did six dozen cupcakes, each dozen being a different flavor: Red Velvet, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry, Key Lime, Butter Pecan, and French Vanilla.
