Gluten Free chocolate mudcakes with rice paper triangles all hand cut and placed on the cake to create a fountain effect and rice paper feathers (idea taken from Zoe Clark’s Vintage Cakes book) to create drama and add a bit of height. Top tier has been given a polished concrete look in silver and pearl white. This cake took me a very long time due to the hand cut triangles and feathers, but I was really happy with the final product.
