I was thrilled to be invited to create a set of sugar shoes on a theme of my choice, for the latest edition of Cake Masters magazine. I decided on ‘Comic book heroes and villians’, as my theme and chose four female DC Comics characters, who’s looks I thought would make for fabulously fun and funky shoes that I myself would love to strut my stuff in!

My Catwoman shoe is based upon the hand-stitched pvc costume worn by Michelle Pfeiffer in Tim Burton’s Batman Return, as she’s my favourite version of the character. a 5 1/2" killer heel for this dark and dangerous kitty!
