What do you do when the birthday person already has everything he wished for? The answer is: only the best things in life, of course!
This was the theme for this 50th birthday celebration where this man’s most appreciated things were gathered in one cake. His passion for the Mercedes brand, his refined taste of a good Jack Daniels’ whiskey and his indulging vice of a Cohiba cuban cigar were present.
Both the box of cigars and the whiskey bottle were chocolate cake, filled with Brigadeiro cream and covered in sugar paste. For the first time ever, I arranged for the label to be printed onto sugar paste in order to replicate the logos. The cigars were made out grissini covered with rolled out fondant (and no, these were not rolled on my thighs!).
