Chicken Biryani is an all time indian famous and also favourite dish! It is rice and chicken cooked with a variety of spices to bring you a mouth watering scrumptious dish! some people cook this dish in a clay pot known as “HANDI”! They say the flavour of this is even more flavoursome! I have garnished my cake with some mint leaves(fondant) and fondant green chillis! LOL.
