Anyone who knows me personally know that in January my daughter under went surgery to have an ileostomy, news that was rather shocking to us and took a while to get our heads round! whilst trawling through the many advice pages online we came across stomawise a charity for people with stoma’s and they gave us so much support and advice and made us feel so much more comfortable with the decision. 2 days before Beth’s surgery this lovely bear complete with stoma and removable bag arrived in the post to take to hospital with her!

When I was approached by one of the organisers to make a cake to be auctioned off at a charity event I jumped at the chance to give something back to the people that had helped us so much and hopefully enable them to help others like us.

So here is Bella bear all ready for her auction on Saturday!
