Made this 8in Green and Pink Celebration Cake, April 21, 2014. Pineapple Coconut Cake with Pineapple/Coconut flavored Cream Cheese/Buttercream Frosting, layered with fresh crushed pineapples and shredded coconut. Outside covered in same frosting and topped with what’s called a Gumpaste David Austin Rose or a English Rose.

This was my first attempt at this type of rose, I did it in 45min (only looked at a couple quick tutorial photos) and used just 3 different round cookie cutters (really gotta get flower cutters) I did it, pretty cool!!
