So much love is put into this Frozen themed cake. It was a two-layer Red Velvet Cake, frosted, filled and finished with Royal Icing and Captain’s Fondant. The castle is made of pre-set shards of fondant where we used different sized cylinders and a rolling pin to hold its shape while setting. :)
