Four mixed shapes tiers (12", 9", 5" 4") of Dark Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel filling, Dark Chocolate Ganache filling and covered in White Chocolate Ganache and homemade Fondant Let’s Do Cake made for a wedding this past weekend. We also made the 30 Almond with Salted Caramel filling French Macarons that went around the two tiers. The bride brought us a picture of a cake similar to this but we do not know who made it to give design credit. We did change it up from the original however.
