This cake was a surprise thank you for a lovely lady who is displaying some of my cakes in her Farm Shop.
It was a moist carrot cake with a delicate orange ganache. The veg were sugarpaste with the bigger ones having RKT centres. This was a wonderful project and I enjoyed every minute of it Xx
