This flowery cake was made for a regular customer of mine who turned 60, the grandchildren wanted flowers and in pink and purple, it was vanilla sponge, jam and buttercream with white chocolate ganache and wrapped up in white sugar paste, all flowers were hand made. It’s the first time I have done a bunch of flowers on wires but really enjoyed it.
