A triple layer chocolate cake, sandwiched with salted chocolate buttercream and decorated with hand sculpted sugarpaste characters from Frozen. I was really pleased with the models on this cake, and am happy to finally be making progress with faces! Don’t look too closely at their hands though! Happy Birthday Amelia :)
