Made this 2 Tier (6in and 9in) Cream and Gold Ruffle Rose 50th Birthday cake Apr. 7, 2014. The cake is french vanilla with white chocolate buttercream.

This was my first time doing the ruffles and it took some doing (learned alot from it), but I got the hang of it.
