Daisies and Buttercups Easter Egg Cake

I have at last got around to posting this year’s Easter Egg Cake. Cream cheese pound cake, with five layers alternating between vanilla and chocolate, carved and covered in white chocolate ganache under pale green fondant. There was coconut flavoured whipped milk chocolate ganache between the layers.

I thought that I was playing “love me, love me not” as the daisy petals broke so many times!

It’s amazing, I don’t even have a clue how you cover these kind of cakes with fondant… anyways I fell in love with your pink Easter egg cake first time I saw it and now I’m in love with this one too… beautiful work!!
