This cake was partly diary free, I was told that I could use eggs but no butter so I had to use Vitalite instead. It’s not easy to use and as I couldn’t use chocolate either so I didn’t have the option to use ganache. Vitalite doesn’t harden like butter does so it was tricky to cover, anyway I got there in the end :-)
