Peach Ombré ruffle chocolate cake with open gumpaste peony flower. I must admit I struggled with ruffling here need more practice. Lovely technique but very finger fiddling and believe fingers hurt after a while. The customer was very happy with this cake as she realised how much time it consumed ruffling. Can’t wait for my next ruffling cake I need to practice and practice.
