6” stack vanilla butter cake triple layered with dark choc ganash and marshmallow. Easter egg and peacock topper. Cake and egg covered in fondant and airbrushed colour. Handpainted details inspired by Japanese silk art. Details then piped in gold royal icing. Peacock body modelled from sugarpaste. Tail feathers are wafer paper, airbrushed with colour, then handcut and “feathered”. Details then piped in gold royal icing, to match cake and fringed outer layers also dusted with gold. Light layer of iridescent pearl over all.
