This is my first attempt at a “standing” cake. It was so much fun to do!!! I love all things Disney, and since Easter is right around the corner I thought a bunny was the way to go.
His head is rice krispy treats covered in white chocolate and fondant. His belly is chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream and ganache covered in fondant.
