I entered my first local cake decorating competition today. Category was Iced Easter cake.
The bottom cake is a four layer pastel coloured sponge cake with strawberry jam and whipped vanilla buttercream.
The bunny is made of Rice Krispy Treat! (the kids loved my left overs)
I came first in my category so I’m quite happy, I will definitely enter more competitions in the future.
I donated the cake after the competition to be raffled off for charity.
