It is Autumn right now here in Australia.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with autumn tones to create the collection of hand made sugar leaves.

This wedding cake featured the following cake flavours:
Chocolate Mud with dark chocolate ganache
Coconut cake with white chocolate ganache
Red Velvet with white chocolate ganache
Chocolate and Orange with dark chocolate ganache
