My first ever competition cake, and… I WON SILVER!! :D
This cake has taken me over 65 hours to complete, all of the berries have been individually handmade & the “Cake” is made from fondant… this is the biggest (and heaviest) cake I have ever made, I really enjoyed making it!!
I can’t wait to go back to Cake International tomorrow so I can get a better look at everyone’s incredible creations!!
