This cake is the most challenging cake I have ever made structure-wise. I have to thank my husband, who listened to what I had in mind and not only gave me ideas about how to support this cake but he also constructed the whole support structure for me.

Once the structure was in place it was all decorating fun. I really enjoyed decorating it and am very proud of how it turned out. I hope you like it as much as I do.
