I made this cake topper for the birthday of one of my best friends this weekend. David is a “Trekkie”… he loves all the Star Trek universe and the captain Spock is one of the most representative figures of this sagaa, so I modeled it for him.

The cake was a blackberry cake with chocolate ganache. Captain Spock made in gumpaste.
