Each Year, the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation has a fundraiser dance. Each Year, I donate the dessert in loving memory of my two aunts. Andrea and Marion (my mother’s sisters) were both, beautiful gracious ladies, with a great sense of humor, who stood firmly for what they believed in with elegance and grace, who were each taken from this earth entirely too soon. I have been blessed to have them in my life.
8"vanilla cake, topped with 5" red velvet cake, decorated for the them of the evening, “Las Vegas”. 100 cupcakes iced with buttercream icing and topped with poker chips, playing cards and dice were also included. The prize of a trip to Vegas was going to be given away. Thanks for looking!
