Frozen Themed cake for my daughter Mia’s 5th birthday. Used a cake dummy on the bottom to give it some height. Chocolate cake with regular vanilla buttercream. Top of the mountain was done in chocolate bars solidified together in chocolate as I wouldn’t trust the cake to be that sturdy so thin. Number, lake and castle were done in isomalt (my first time using it! – FUN!) and the rest were done in sugarpaste. Have to say this was one of my favourites. :)
