A watercress cake made in the shape of a wicker basket and lots of ‘fresh cut’ flowers.
The sugar paste wicker basket was hand weaved, which alone took over 2 hours to accomplish and was then colour dusted to give a more realistic impression (unfortunately the photos do not show that very well).
