I made this cake in 7 days from start to finish, after a very last minute order. Bottom tier is fruit cake middle tier is vanilla sponge, and top tier is red velvet with cream cheese and white chocolate filling. This was my first proper attempt at making roses and first ever attempt at lace. ( although it took 3 failed attempts first).
