My entry for the recent Dublin Sugarcraft Competition, the category was heaven and hell so I created this Fallen angel delighted with how she turned out and won bronze :-)
The cake is on a 20in board just to give an idea of scale, body and head is Madeira cake, hair is modeling chocolate, face and wings are pastillage
