These are my first ruffles, pleats and diagonal stripes I have ever made. I completed an online course to learn the pleating for the middle tier. After being inspired by the class I tried my new gained knowledge at making a diganol shape template for the bottom tier. I was trying to make a design that I have never seen before :)
