An old school friend asked me to make a cake for her sister’s 21st – I had made Chelsea a cake last year for her b’day as well and couldn’t resist making her 21st! Chelsea wanted black & brown & left the design up to me. I asked if I could add another colour in as I was having a hard time with just black & brown, so I suggested Gold – that was all good! I wanted something simple but striking. I LOVE pleats so decided to do this simple design & then made two fantasy flowers to go with it.
The colours worked so well together – the Gold was the perfect addition. Cake & ganache were both dairy free :)
