This is a 6" cake topper with 24 cupcakes. The cake and the cupcakes are covered with blue sparkle sugar. Each cupcake has a sparkle snow flake on top. The cake has a snow covered top with a snowflake design etched in the top. The back drop for the “6” is an abstract blue sparkle castle and of course it wouldn’t be a Frozen theme without OLAF …. I love Olaf he makes me smile. Thanks for taking a look :D
