Old fashioned camera cake.
Made for a photographers 50th birthday.
Had to alter design from vertical to horizontal as a lot of travelling is required and I didn’t want it to fall.
The wooden box section chocolate cake and the camera section Rice Krispie treats.
First attempt at making and using Rice Krispie treats for the canera section.
First time using Swiss Meringue Buttercream and wow what a difference, will not go back to the other now.
Chocolate cake with a raspberry conserve and chocolate Swiss meringue filling.
Overall happy with finished design, not a “pretty” cake which I found difficult to visualise.
