This is my ultimate fairy castle cake. I do make a ‘standard’ version, but this one was a labour of love for a very good friend’s special little girl. It was 4 tiers high and took about 8-9 hours to decorate.
She loved it, but felt that what was missing was ‘the Hulk’, so she added a plastic figurine to the top. LOL. Had she told me that I could have made a sugar paste hulk bashing through a wall :D
