This cake was made for my wonderful parents who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

I tried to replicate their original cake of 50years ago but with a modern twist. The original cake had a lot of royal icing which isn’t my skill….so flowers and initialling.

The bottom tier is fruit then vanilla sponge and chocolate sponge top tier.

They had a fab night and enjoyed the cake.
