This cake was based upon the design by The Yellow Bee Cake Company. Vicky kindly gave me permission to use her design!
I had to adapt the design as this cake was only two tiers.
Eiffel Tower was made from sugarpaste with tylose added and made in sections.
Roses were made from sugarpaste.
Pearls are not edible.
