I made this cake a few days ago for my german blog readers and facebook followers.
This romantic filled rose is my first one. I made it out of gum paste by fixing the petals only with sugar glue (without any wire). The dusty rose colored fondant is romantically decorated with royal icing.
Underneath there was a sponge cake filled with a ’sweet condensed milk buttercream" frosting- very tasty ;)
