This cake is based on someone’s art but I am not sure who the artist is :-/ It was my first time to use modeling chocolate for figures or to cover figures and it works amazing! I had to have a way to put my covering on the whale in pieces and the way modeling chocolate can be blended into itself was perfect for the job. 12" round cake.
