This cake I made last week. The design was based on my last year’s “Fairytale garden” cake. The client wanted the base colour white, not green as an the original. I think, it turned out very much like a “Spring” cake. So appropriate, it is 1st of March today!
The flavours were Red Velvet ans Vanilla with lemon buttercream and white chocolate ganache. The client liked it so much that she ordered her husband’s cake straight away!
