I am so pleased with this as I was given one day’s notice to make a digger cake. I actually didn’t think I’d manage a 3d digger cake given the limited time and that I had my three boys to look after as my hubby was away! Digger is made out of RKT. I had homemade gingerbread loaf in the house so used that as the ‘dirt’ the digger was digging up!
