I made this birthday cake 2 years ago for my friend Ana. She is a coquette and fashion girl and she love her heels, so her cake had to have a pair of high heels shoes.

it was a vanilla sponge cake of 6", filled by laminated natural strawberries and covered by whipped strawberry buttercream. The high heels shoes and decorations are made with gumpaste.
