I made this cake for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in October. I was excited and nervous to make their cake for their special day. I originally planned on making a cake from a class I attended at Baking Arts in SF, but the bride had a different design in mind. I used her design as my inspiration. I’m embarrassed at the amount of time it took me to make. This cake was my second wedding cake. I’m hooked. I never thought I’d be saying this but I love making wedding cakes. I guess until I run into a bridzilla?
