I was asked to make a suitcase themed cake for a gentleman (and his lovely wife) who holiday on cruise ships a lot!

This was made from a deep, moist chocolate cake which isn’t the easiest to keep its shape – but I loved making this, especially the detailing on the buckles etc. D
