This is my first topsy turvy cake! I’ve learned how to make this with a lot of sources (basically in the web). I made this cake for my father and sister birthdays which is always in the same day. I know this is quite far away from perfection. I had a lot of problems with it… So, please give me your comments or ideas so I can make it better next time.
