The ballet slippers were made using the wonderful tutorial from Peggy does cakes. For some reason, I always make cakes for little boys. I loved being surrounded by all this pink!

The cake was gluten and dairy free, which made it really hard to work with (the “buttercream” wouldn’t harden in the fridge) so the fondant job was really not my best one, but overall, still very happy with the result.
