This is a cake dummy made for a kitchen supply shop display. I had to use tools and equipment from their shop, which I did, apart from the little medallion which is from Mayen Orido. It has been around 35 to 38 degrees C this week, so rolling fondant was NOT fun, but I was happy enough with the result. Silver leaf on top, lots of lustre dust on the bottom, which I also brushed with royal icing for some texture,
