Maple Cinnamon Roll cake (yellow mix with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, and pecan mixture swirled through the layers) with Maple flavored buttercream. Wine crate is made from modeling chocolate using the wood grain mold. The bottle is poured chocolate in a mold labeled with gumpaste/fondant. Grapes and leaves (cut/formed free-handed because I didn’t have a ‘grape leaf’ or ivy leaf cutter; but I made due). White chocolate shavings for ‘packing material’ – I struggled with how to get the shavings to curl – found out that it needed to be warm; but still couldn’t get the perfect little curls that I wanted (I’m open for suggestions!).
