I was asked to make this for a former member of a touring Riverdance troupe. I decided I didn’t want to go down the route of a modelled dancer or shoes etc and thought the silhouettes would give a nice clean look to the cake. I was told her favourite flowers are lilies so made my first one using a template I found online.
